TERMS and CONDITIONS.

• We deliver the banner with our logo in the header section and you place it at a suitable location with high visibility during the whole jump season. As long as it gets worn out or changes at the DZ let it become outdated. (In that case please get in contact with us.)
• The banner has to be placed completely visible. It must not be cut, folded, sticked or changed in any other way which effects the visibility of our logo.
• Any other logos must not be placed without prior consultation with us.
• We reserve the right to recall the banner if the conditions are violated.

We’ll see it as a sign of appreciation and will be glad if you take the chance for using the banner for showcasing your DZ with photos / videos on Facebook and other social media channels, all the more if you tag us with @CYPRES (Facebook), @CYPRESAAD (Twitter, Google+, Instagramm) and use the hashtags #CYPRES #Skydiving #DZBanner

If you agree, we’re willing to offer a banner up to a size of 10.5 x 7.5 feet free of charge.

You as the contract partner assure that you are in complete possession of all rights to the graphics, photos, images, trademarks etc. you provide for the banner and grants Airtec GmbH & Co. KG Safety Systems the right to use them. Airtec GmbH & Co. KG Safety Systems may freely use the layout, images and photos of the banner for any furhter purpose on- and offline.
Airtec GmbH & Co. KG Safety Systems may use transmitted logos for further purposes.
